Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, Vision to Design cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect purchases or failure to use the product.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, or believe a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or access to the correct product.
