Welcome to Vision to Design. By accessing this website, purchasing digital products, or engaging our design services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Vision to Design provides graphic design services including, but not limited to:

• Publications and professional documents
• Capability statements
• Lead generation digital assets
• Marketing collateral
• Print management and production coordination
• Book design and publishing support

Project quotations are based on the agreed scope of work. Additional work, revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

All project deliverables remain the property of Vision to Design until payment has been received in full.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals, quotations or invoices.

Final artwork and deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances have been paid.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use approved final artwork for its intended purpose.

Vision to Design retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, websites, social media channels and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to any content, images, logos or materials supplied for inclusion in a project.

Digital Products

Vision to Design offers downloadable digital products, templates and resources.

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Purchasers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased templates for their own business or organisation.

You may:

• Edit and customise purchased templates
• Use completed documents for your business purposes
• Export and distribute final completed documents

You may not:

• Resell templates
• Redistribute templates
• Share Canva template links with third parties
• Claim the original template design as your own
• Use templates to create competing products for sale

Unauthorised distribution or reproduction of digital products is prohibited.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not available once access has been provided.

Print Production

Where Vision to Design coordinates printing or production services, final responsibility for production approvals remains with the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork prior to production.

Vision to Design is not responsible for errors approved by the client during the proofing process.

Limitation of Liability

Vision to Design provides professional design services and digital products intended to support communication and marketing objectives.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, Vision to Design does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results or marketing performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision to Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, products or website.

Changes to These Terms

Vision to Design reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
